Originally from the Seattle area, Erika is now happily rooted in North Alabama. She is the creator behind @rocketcitynewbie, a journey through Huntsville, the businesses that give it its personality, and the people who run them.

Having spent years helping others make local connections, she set out to build her own. Now she shares the stories of the Rocket City through tacos, coffee, and meaningful conversations.
Follow along as she uncovers the heart of Huntsville by highlighting the places that feel personal, the people who bring them to life, and the joy of discovering something worth sharing.
